Description
This is my first time officially trying to paint realistically. 10.5 hours in Adobe Photoshop CS3. And I definitely referenced a photo of my friend, Keith Logan (You can find him on facebook and through the reference photo link below!), cosplaying as Wolverine very, very nicely. He's a great guy and a sexy beast too, so check him out and follow him.

This looks AWESOME. 
I'm honestly amazed by all this. The colours go so well, and the shading.. Omgosh... My favourite part, save for the blood, is the shading/lighting around the nose and right cheek. 
As far as critique goes, I suggest working on the hair, particularly the areas where the hair begins around the face. It's kind of abrupt, for lack of a better way of describing it. You have these thick wavy awesome locks and then all of a sudden there's little indications of hair near the face. I'm not sure if that makes any sense. XD;;; Also, don't be afraid to add some highlights to the hair as well. It's okay for some so long as you don't go overboard like I tend to do. BD; Aside from these things, it looks really awesome. It's just... HOLY monkeys. You should totally be proud of this!
